About Cherly
Cherly is an Indonesian composer, arranger, and conductor based in Taipei, Taiwan, known for her evocative choral works and dynamic leadership. Her music is published internationally and has received awards for both composition and conducting, including honors at the 2019 Praga Cantat. A former director of the acclaimed Feixiang Choir (2012–2021), she now leads multiple choirs in Taipei and teaches at the TCS Institute of Choral Arts. Cherly holds a Master’s in Music Composition from National Taiwan Normal University and serves as a jury member in international music competitions. read more…
